This was the first year for River Junctions Arts Council (RJAC) to host the Talent Contest at the Wabasha County Fair. It has for many years been hosted by Bill and Linda Theisen. A big thanks to them for their years of service.

We had some powerhouse singers this year, for sure. Three of them will be advancing to the State Fair competition. This year the Minnesota State Fair is allowing the 2nd place winners to also advance.

“We are glad to be helping provide entertainment at the County Fair. The Fair has much to offer these days and I think it is due for re-discovery,” said Rob Trussell with RJAC .
